Community & Events
- Design and execute thoughtful events—from intimate salons to sector-deep workshops—that connect our portfolio with new founders, investors, and operators
- Develop creative new concepts (e.g. "Forward Deployed Sales" workshops, operator series, etc.) that position XYZ at the forefront of emerging conversations
- Manage event logistics and bring in top-tier contractors and vendors to help execute
Portfolio Programs
- Create and run systems that deliver white-glove support to our founders, ensuring they're routed quickly to the right partner, advisor, or resource
- Track common challenges across the portfolio and build proactive support initiatives (e.g. curated playbooks, office hours, micro-cohorts)
Brand & Marketing
- Help elevate XYZ's brand through thoughtful positioning, design oversight, and strategic moments in the market
- Partner with firm leadership to raise the visibility of XYZ and its partners in core ecosystems (e.g. media outreach, podcast guesting, speaking opportunities)
- Own and manage content programs—from newsletters to case studies to founder features—with help from our partners and contractors
Who You Are
- A self-starter with 5–8 years of experience in marketing, community, or programs—ideally in a fast-paced startup or investing environment
- Deeply curious and plugged in—you know the difference between hype and what's actually breaking through
- Comfortable balancing execution and strategy—you can run a tight event but also dream up what's next
